Melanie Munroe is a Senior Survey Research Manager at Opinion Dynamics. She brings invaluable experience in market research, including questionnaire design, quantitative data collection, analysis, and reporting. She has directed large-scale customer experience tracking studies and implemented analytic tools such as a discrete choice model for a telecommunications company. At Opinion Dynamics, Ms. Munroe has been involved in energy efficiency process and impact evaluations, as well as appliance saturation studies. Ms. Munroe’s primary responsibilities include management of survey fieldwork and the workflow of survey research employees. In addition, she leads the review process of all survey research instruments. Ms. Munroe holds a bachelor of science in marketing from Bentley University.
