Arlis Reynolds is Director of Engineering at Opinion Dynamics with more than 12 years of experience evaluating energy efficiency programs, technologies, and strategies across all customer sectors. Her primary responsibilities include leading and collaborating with our outstanding engineering team to help prioritize efforts, support business development and thought leadership contributions, and ensure that we continue to deliver exceptional engineering work products.
In addition to her work in energy efficiency evaluation, Arlis is an elected city council member in Costa Mesa, California. As a council member, Arlis stays attuned to constituent needs and priorities and works with city leadership to shape the city’s policies and budgets guiding city services, annual operations, capital improvement projects, key initiatives, and long-term sustainability strategies.
Arlis earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine Paul Merage School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is based in Costa Mesa, California.
