Based out of our Waltham, MA headquarters, the Director of Talent Acquisition will be an integral member of the People and Culture team joining a dynamic and growing organization. This is a hybrid position. As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will have a leading role in designing and implementing the company’s hiring, onboarding, and engagement processes. Your contributions will be targeted and impactful, as well as broad and enduring. You will be a strategic partner to hiring managers, developing a deep understanding of the talent needed to achieve our goals through the acquisition and retention of individuals with an array of talents and backgrounds. 6+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience
Key tasks that the Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for include:
- Develop and implement a strategy for sourcing qualified candidates from an array of methods and venues, including referrals, job boards, networks, and targeted campaigns
- Execute the full life cycle recruiting process, including preparing job descriptions, conducting candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding activities and trainings
- Implement and manage our applicant tracking system
- Ensure alignment with our DEI initiatives throughout our hiring and onboarding processes
- Work with our Head of People and Culture to implement elements of our talent strategy and advance our culture
- Provide strategic longer-term talent acquisition and workforce planning contributions
- Perform other tasks as determined by our Head of People and Culture
