Opinion Dynamics implemented Evergreen, a peer-to-peer recognition software that lets our teams give staff kudos in appreciation for all the amazing collaborative and innovative work they do. Evergreen, in turn, is partnered with Eden Reforestation Projects, a non-profit organization with a holistic approach to reforestation and ecological restoration. Eden has planted more than 900 million trees around the world since they started, working with national leaders and local communities to restore forests with native tree species on a massive scale. Through their efforts, they not only create jobs and protect ecosystems but also help mitigate climate change.
