Sharyn Barata to Serve on ACEEE Board of Directors

WALTHAM, MA., January 5, 2023 – Opinion Dynamics is pleased to announce Sharyn Barata, Senior Vice President of Industry Engagement for Opinion Dynamics has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE). With over three decades of experience in the energy research industry, Sharyn is recognized throughout the industry for her expertise on behavior-based research and evaluation. Previously, Sharyn served ACEEE as the 2020 and 2022 co-panel lead for the Commercial Buildings: Program Design, Implementation, and Evaluation panel.

As Opinion Dynamics’ Senior Vice President of Industry Engagement since 2016, Sharyn offers valuable insight into the ever-evolving energy landscape through her leadership and commitment to professional industry organizations. Concurrently, Sharyn serves as an Executive Board member and Treasurer for the California Efficiency and Demand Management Council (CEDMC).
