Opinion Dynamics is the evaluator for Southern California Edison’s (SCE) Charge Ready Light Duty program (CRLD). This program supports California’s GHG emissions targets and local air quality goals by offsetting the costs of EV charging stations and their installation by increasing station availability for EVs at certain locations, with special emphasis on multi-unit dwellings (MUDs) and Disadvantaged Communities (DACs).
