Opinion Dynamics is the evaluator for TECH Clean California, a large-scale initiative that aims to transform the California market for space- and water-heating heat pumps. We conducted a first-of-its-kind survey with nearly 1,000 heat pump customers to understand their experience with the equipment, any issues they may have had, and their perceived energy bill changes.
